Our community believes that all players have a right to an appeal, regardless of the circumstances that lead to the punitive action. This is done by completing an appeal in the #⛔appeals channel of our Discord. If you are banned, this will be the only channel you are able to type in.

This is a copy of our appeals form:

Who Reviews My Appeal?

Our staff team operates on a strict “No Bias” philosophy, which means that the staff member/s who investigated and subsequently banned you are not allowed to weigh in on any decision regarding your appeal.

All appeals will be discussed amongst the remaining staff team in a private discord channel, where we will provide individual opinions, evidence and then final decision. All final judgements are made from an independent 3rd party admin who was not associated with the original action.

For example, if @ItsWilven were to investigate and ban a player, he would not preside over the appeal case. It would instead be done by another admin.

Can I See The Evidence Against Me?

We believe that every player has the right to see any and all evidence held against them at the time of punitive action taking place. If you were banned, a member of the staff team should have sent you a document containing said evidence.

If at any time you would like to receive a copy of the evidence against you, please reach out to an Admin.

Can I Submit A Second Appeal?

Yes! We allow players to appeal their ban every 6 months. All players are welcome to appeal after this time has passed since their last appeal.

The only exception to this rule is for players who have been banned for Ban Evasion. If a player is caught and banned again after evading, they will be required to wait 6 months after their most recent ban.

<aside> 🗒️ NOTE: The majority of our appeals are some form of apology. We believe in second chances provided the appealer demonstrates a clear admission of guilt, and a promise to not do repeat the behavior in the future.
