Process flow

We do not allow reclaiming of farms, significant builds or valuables. Land reclaims should be to make use of the area, not to gain an in-game advantage.

All materials from the base should be reclaimed from the base. This includes the items in containers, items in frames, micro blocks on display and any map arts. The builds themselves are allowed to be left.
