1. The Town

Season 4 will require you to build and live a town together with everyone else. This is a collaborative experience first, so you cannot travel thousands of blocks to make your own private base for you or your friends.
The Community town will be within the rough 500-1000 blocks around spawn. But all community quest builds should be within 100-500 blocks. Keeping everything relatively close together in this regards is important so players may easily take advantage of their unlocks.
When working on quests that require you to build anything, be sure that you are going with a majority opinion with regards to location, style, etc.
There is no such thing as claiming a specific area for your self or your friend group. Yes, you can make your own home and have your own storage. No, you cannot be insular and only play with your friends.
Be sure to communicate your plans with the group via Discord and in-game. Remember, over-communicating is always better than under communicating.
Understand and accept that you will need to make compromises, and not everything that is built will be your idea or your plan.

2. Roleplay

As you are exploring the fantastic world of Dominimon, Season 4 encourages you to lean in to roleplay. Don’t worry though, nobody needs to make a character name or a 5 page backstory, we don’t mean that kind of roleplay.
Some of the Quests you will complete may involve roleplay tasks, such as putting on a celebration or creating a location with a story built into its design. We really encourage you to lean in to creating your own stories, lore, and explanations as to what is happening in the world.
The server uses in-game localized voice chat as well as localized in-game chat. This means that if you get really far away from other players, it will become difficult to communicate. You are not required to, but we do encourage you to avoid using Discord calls and private chats to communicate and lean in to the close quarters communication this season encourages.

All of your “tasks” this season can be accessed from the quest book at the top left of your inventory screen
Quests will allow you to unlock additional content such as shop keepers, special events, and slice of life benefits.
You are welcome to tackle any quest in any order, provided it is not one that has a pre-requisite that has not yet been completed.

As always, all group quests must be completed collaboratively. This means that before we (the seasonal staff team) pass you on any quest, we will first make sure that as many people as reasonable that wanted to help were able to.
The seasonal staff team reserve the right to deny your attempt at a quest if we do not believe you sufficiently attempted to make it a collaborative venture.

The main mod of this seasonal is Cobblemon! Meaning the focus of this season is exploring the world, catching a variety of Pokémon, and training them to become the very best!
We will start out with a level cap at level 18 for your Pokémon. As the weeks progress and we release more gyms, that cap will slowly increase as you prepare for future challenges in your journey!

Every Friday and Tuesday throughout the course of seasonal we will release one of our eight gym challenges for players to discover and battle. Each one focuses on different Pokémon Types and should lead to interesting encounters! Players will need to first complete a small quest or follow clues to discover where the gym leader resides.
Any player who defeats all 8 gym leaders will earn the right to join the Championship Tournament at the end of seasonal.
