As a helper, your primary goal is to assist new and old players by answering any questions they may have about the game or the server. You are also the primary greeter for new players. We like to go further than just a welcoming message, such as helping them to find the Inn, giving them a tour and even potentially getting them started in spot of their own.

You will also assist the Curators and Moderators in their day to day work, such as assisting with shop reclaims, investigating grief/theft reports and any other ways you are willing to support.

Responsibilities Breakdown

• Welcoming new players.
• Answering questions in-game and on Discord.
• Using CoreProtect to help players and gather evidence.
• Enforcing our server rules within the bounds of their abilities to do so.
• Assisting Curators with Reclaims and Plotto.
• Access to the in-game staff chat.
• Access to Player Records
• Access to Shops Directory (may edit/write with training)
• Access to VIEW shop tickets but not write/edit.
• Full access to the To-Do List.
• General beautification of communal areas.
• Assisting in any other tasks given to their team as they are able to do so.
