As a Helper, your primary goal is to support players and improve the day-to-day of the server.
You are the first point of contact for many community needs: welcoming new and returning players, answering questions in-game and on Discord, helping people get settled (finding the Inn, giving tours, and helping them start out), and supporting staff workflows with investigation and evidence gathering.
Helpers also take an active role in maintaining the Shopping District. This includes processing and executing shop-related workflows (tickets, plot lottery, reclaims, shop checks, and district rule compliance), assisting with community projects/events, and helping keep public areas organized, functional, and beautified.
Helpers work closely with Moderators and other staff by investigating grief/theft reports, assisting with shop reclaims and Plotto, updating records when needed, and completing tasks assigned by your team.

- Using CoreProtect to help players, investigate incidents, and gather evidence.
- Enforcing server rules within the bounds of your training and permissions.
- Investigating grief/theft reports and supporting Moderators in day-to-day work.
- Completing Player Records for rules violations when required/appropriate.

- Being a point of contact for community projects.
- Assisting with organizing and running group projects (mega-builds, public works, events, etc.).
- Assisting in any other tasks assigned to your team as you’re able to do so.

- Ability to mute and/or kick players who are breaking rules or AFK.
