Step 1: Check the Shop Owner Was Notified

In notion, open the shop card for the shop that is due to be reclaimed. Check the comment section. Is there a note to say a reclaim notice was sent when the card was moved to Reclaim? If a reclaim notice was sent, continue on to Step 2.

Do NOT remove the shop unless you have confirmation that a reclaim notice was sent.

Step 2: Reclaim the Shop

<aside> ✋🏽 If you are reclaiming an empty plot, skip to step Step 4.

• Grab some empty reclaim shulkers from Reclaim (Staff Entrance: 125, 19970).

The shulkers are located in the staff area downstairs. If there are no empty reclaim shulkers available, or if supply is getting low, please contact an Admin to have some more shulkers spawned into the game.

• Check if any online staff members want to help reclaim the shop. Especially if it is a big shop that might take a while to take down. Some staff love to reclaim shops! 😄
• Reclaim the shop by removing it and any items that are inside it. You should remove the entire build. This includes all building materials, and all items in chests, barrels and shulkers that are located within the shop or shop’s storage. Any rooms below ground should also be removed. Place all the reclaimed items into the reclaim shulkers.

<aside> 📦 Note: If the shop has empty shulkers available in it’s storage, you should use those instead of reclaim shulkers, as when the items are reclaimed by the shop owner within 30 days, or when the items are auctioned off to a new owner, any items inside reclaim shulkers will need to be transferred into the owners own shulkers. It is easier for everyone, to use the shop’s shulkers where possible.

• Remove any beautification that is not part of spawn beautification. For example, if someone has created a pond as part of their shop, you should remove the pond. If someone has placed a custom tree or garden, then remove the tree or garden. Place the items in the reclaim shulkers.
