Dominion takes the safety and comfort of our members very seriously. Whether you are experiencing a simple shop theft incident, or a much more serious interpersonal problem, we want to make sure that you have the tools to confidently report any negative behavior.
Every report is treated extremely confidentially, but we do offer three levels of reporting a player to give you as much choice as possible to decide who gets to see your report.
How To Report A Player Ticket
There are 3 methods available to report a player:
- TICKET - Report Player: This ticket is perfect for day to day reports for breaking community rules. For example if you believe somebody miss paid at your shop or you swear something has gone missing from your base. This content of this ticket will be accessible to the entire Staff team so that you will get a swift response..
- TICKET - Confidential (Admin Only): This ticket can be used to report more sensitive situations such as a player being abusive or inappropriate. If you wish to report a member of the staff team, we highly encourage you to use this option. The contents of this ticket will be accessible to only the Admin team.
- DISCORD - DM @wilven: If you wish to report a member of the Admin team, or you have a more sensitive subject you wish to discuss, we ask that you send a DM on Discord to Wilven (Owner of Dominion). Alternatively, you can also reach out to any other Admin, a list of which can be found HERE!
How To Open A Ticket
The tickets channel can be found in our Discord server, under the support tab. Please click the corresponding buttons to open a ticket. A new thread will then be opened and restricted to certain staff members based on the option you chose.
