Personal Comfort

Learning to process whitelists can take some time. It requires a lot of inter-personal skills and also the confidence to decline individuals who really want to join our server.

You will never be forced or required to process applications until you are personally comfortable doing so. If you would like to receive additional guidance or training, please reach out to other Moderators or Admins. We are more than happy to help.

How The Tickets Work

When a new player submits a whitelist application, they create a ticket. That ticket is a new channel that appears under the ══ WHITELISTS ══ category. The name will be something similar to this: new-0000. When a ticket is started, it will read: started-0000. When a ticket is closed, it will read: closed-0000.

A ‘started’ application means that no staff member has started the ticket for processing yet. To start processing a ticket, click the mark started button on the first message in this channel. A message will now show that you have started the ticket and will now guide the applicant through the process.

When the processing is complete, click the 🔒 reaction to close the ticket
